Return & Refund Policy

We offer 7-day returns and encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that it is in good condition. If you receive any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, please contact us for assistance and attach a picture or video of the item(s) in its original packaging and showing the broken part.If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we offer a full refund of the returned product's cost. Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) to initiate the return process. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, if eligible per our return policy.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us first before returning the item. Returns must be in their original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received. If any promotional gifts were included with your purchase, they must also be returned with the item. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the promotional gift's retail price from the refund amount.
